Return policy :

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns under the conditions below.


General conditions

1. Return deadline:

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

2. Condition of items:

Items must be returned in their original condition:

• Unworn, unwashed, unused.

• With all tags and in original packaging.

3. Ineligible items:

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items on sale or on promotion (if specified)

• Hand deliveries


Return procedure

1. Return request:

2. Validation:

Once your request is validated, we will provide you with a return label (if applicable) or instructions for returning the package.

3. Return costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless it is an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).

4. Refund :

• Once the package is received and inspected, we will process the refund to the original payment method.

• Refund may take up to 7 business days after we receive your return.


Exchanges

We do not do direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
